Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
Hands-on experience creating wireframe, prototype, user flow etc.
Strong understanding of the entire web application development process including understanding of requirements, mockup design, development and deployment
Experience using design, prototype tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.
Solid understanding of basic front-end languages / frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
Sound knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN
Familiar with front-end debugging tools
Should be open to receiving constructive criticisms and improving upon it
Proficient in written and spoken English and ability to communicate fluently

Job Description

Be a team player.Ability to collaborate closely with developers, QA Engineers and other project stakeholders
Create and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows and effectively communicate your interaction ideas
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, organizational branding guide, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
Work on existing enterprise level web-based applications to improve the UI/UX based on existing branding guide
Design and develop entirely new web-based applications from existing branding guide
