UI/UX Designer (Motion & 3D)

Most websites are forgettable. We do not want to make those. Nevasce designs and builds websites for clients who care about how their brand is experienced — and we are looking for one designer who is also an artist to lead that work. Someone with real taste, who can tell the difference between good and almost-good, and who can build the thing they designed instead of handing off a static file.

You will own the look, feel, and motion of every site that leaves this studio. If you have ever redone a page at midnight because the easing curve felt wrong, this role is yours.

Responsibilities

• Design client websites end to end — concept, art direction, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and reusable design systems in Figma
• Design and build motion: page transitions, scroll-driven storytelling, micro-interactions, and animated states that make a site feel alive rather than decorated
• Design and implement 3D and interactive web experiences using Three.js / WebGL where they earn their place
• Build your own designs in clean front-end code (React / Next.js + modern CSS) so nothing is lost in handoff
• Develop distinct visual directions per client — typography, color, imagery, and tone that fit that brand rather than a house template
• Present and defend design decisions to clients, and translate vague briefs into sharp direction
• Balance beauty with performance, accessibility, and responsive behaviour across devices
• Set the quality bar for the studio and hold it, including saying no to work that is not good enough
• Communicate progress clearly and directly with a remote CTO
