TITLE: UI/UX Designer - Lead

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in UX design for web applications, ideally reporting or data-heavy solutions.
Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and design tools like Figma.
Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Material UI.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
Experience working alongside developers, preferably in React-based environments.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic understanding of React components and states (not mandatory but a plus).
Ability to take ownership of design implementation from concept to final delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the UX design process, including user research, wireframes, and prototyping.
Develop and deliver high-quality, responsive UI designs using CSS and front-end tools.
Collaborate with software engineers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect integration.
Maintain consistency in design elements across the application while adhering to branding guidelines.
Optimize UI for usability, accessibility, and performance.
Provide design feedback during development to ensure the final product matches design specifications.
Stay updated with the latest design and front-end trends to continually enhance the product.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

A hands-on designer with two or more years of experience, passionate about creating user-centered solutions and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
