Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years

  • 3+ years of experience and proven track record
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframe, prototype, user flow etc
  • Strong understanding of the entire web application development process including understanding of requirements, mockup design, development and deployment
  • Experience using design, prototype tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc
  • Solid understanding of basic front-end languages / frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, JavaScript, Angular etc
  • Sound knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN
  • Familiar with front-end debugging tools
  • Should be open to receiving constructive criticisms and improving upon it
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and ability to communicate fluently

Job Description

  • Be a team player, experienced in working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, QA Engineers and other project stakeholders
  • Create and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows and effectively communicate your interaction ideas
  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap, organizational branding guide, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Work on existing enterprise level web-based applications to improve the UI/UX based on existing branding guide
  • Design and develop entirely new enterprise level web-based application from the very scratch based on existing branding guide
