Job Summary:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions are both visually appealing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and project goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Ensure designs are accessible and meet the needs of diverse users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
