Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our brand and meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Create visually appealing and consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Design layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography.
• UX Design: Conduct user research and usability testing. Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Iterate designs based on feedback.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions. Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Responsiveness: Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
• Graphic Assets: Create and optimize images, icons, and other graphical elements, ensuring alignment with overall design and branding strategy.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methods.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Have :

• Experience with animation and motion design.
• Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles.
• Knowledge of front-end development to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
