Position: UI/UX Designer

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Salary: 55k - 65K

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences, along with a proficiency in image and video editing for social media. The candidate should be adept at using various design tools and have a good understanding of AI tools and website creation platforms. Experience in working on acquisition campaigns and knowledge of SEO are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
Image and Video Editing: Create and edit images and videos for social media platforms using tools like Photoshop and After Effects.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Utilize tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, After Effects, and others to create high-quality designs.
AI Tools Integration: Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance design processes and outputs.
Website Development Tools: Work with website creation tools such as WordPress, Figma, and Web flow to design and maintain websites.
SEO Knowledge: Integrate SEO best practices into design processes to enhance website visibility and performance.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UI/UX design.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
AI Tools: Knowledge and experience in using AI tools for design purposes.
Website Tools: Familiarity with WordPress, Figma, and Web flow.
SEO: Basic understanding and application of SEO principles.
Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
