Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
Ability to create concise contents about the travel destinations.
Ability to promote and sell companies special tour packages.
Ability to tailor any type of tour programs on the basis of clients’ needs and requirements.
Ability to create close relationship with other travel partners including transportation service providers and hotels.
Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, SEO and other web applications.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.

Job Description

Communicate with clients via e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp, Viber and other Social Media.
Suggest and tailor appropriate itineraries on the basis of clients’ needs and requirements.
Provide clients/travelers with adequate and relevant information including the prices about the regions they are traveling.
Receive and farewell clients/ travelers at the time of arrival and departure on behalf of company.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell tour packages.
Create and update electronic and hard copy records of clients.
Develop close liaison with other travel service providers such as hotels, restaurants, vehicle service providers, airlines, ticketing agents, Helicopter charter service providers, clothing rental service providers etc.
Edit and update contents and tour itineraries on website.
Co-ordinate with the Team Leader, Manager and other office staffs to accomplish any official tasks and make future plans.
