Role Description

As a Sales Executive at Gomayu, your role plays a vital role in driving sales and promoting our travel services to clients and it leverages your passion for travel and strong sales skills to build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored travel solutions that enhance their experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interest.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding travel itineraries, visa requirements and other necessary information.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, travel advisories, and new travel products.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Utilize travel booking systems and tools to reserve travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
