We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Travel Manager to join our team. As a Travel Officer, you will be responsible for managing travel operations, customer bookings, and vendor relations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of travel operations, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for clients.
• Communicate with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates and secure bookings for clients.
• Stay updated with travel regulations and restrictions to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and invoices.
• Handle any issues that may arise during travel, providing efficient resolutions.
• Continually seek out new partnerships with vendors to expand our network.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of travel regulations and restrictions.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
