  • Positive attitude and a will to succeed independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
  • Should have knowledge of light Graphic Designing, Adobe Photoshop, In design

Job Description

The role of Travel Designer is a critical one. Whether it is helping a prospective client learn about the trip and the amazing experiences available, welcoming back past guests to assist them in planning their next holiday, or helping a booked guest prepare for the trip of a lifetime, our Travel Specialists are the primary connection that our guests and travel partners have with us pre and post trip. Therefore, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills with a knack for travel and adventure. 

  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner from various channels, including phone and email, and assist clients with reservations
  • Curate personalized and unique itineraries based on client’s requirements and interests
  • Provide product knowledge and consultation as well as exceptional guest service
  • Assure utmost accuracy of all details and information required to complete reservation
  • Assist with all other in country reservations-related assignments such as hotel, vehicle and air travel bookings
  • Undertake the responsibility of handling social media platforms
