  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Canva
  • Emailing skills – communication with clients via email
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to work at least 1 Year
  • Two-wheeler with a driving license

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. Attention to detail is a MUST! 

  • Make hotel and flight reservations for guests
  • Handle any issues or complaints that may arise in a professional and timely manner 
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
  • Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Candidate should be willing to perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
