Must be a Graduate in any faculty, (preferred Major English/Tourism & Hospitality)
Proven experience of minimum 1 year in similar post
Proficiency in English both written and oral with good command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Should be energetic, honest, punctual and committed to achieving goals
Knowledge of internet, excellent typing skills, and MS-Office are mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and motivation to learn and explore
Should be a good team player
Should be open to suggesting ideas for a better workplace and improving products
Must be willing to work in accordance to the company's norms

Personal Requirements:

Handle correspondences and queries with clients and agents as assigned by the company to meet their specific requirements
Assemble and issue required documentation such as tickets, travel insurance policies, and itineraries
Advice the customer about travel issues including required documentation, transportation connections, medical and financial issues, prevailing exchange rates etc
Deal with document complaints in an efficient and a diplomatic manner
Make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
