  • Strong knowledge of Travel Industry, with focus in international airfare ticketing
  • Confidence and flexibility to work well in a team environment, and independently, as required
  • Ability to work Night Shifts: Time 8pm-4am (pick up and drop off provided)

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • 2-3 years of Amadeus Airline Booking System experience
    • 2-3 years of experience as travel agent
    • 2-3 years of strong Customer Relationship experience
    • Good computer skills (EXCEL, WORD)

    Ability to work Night Shifts: Time 8pm-4am (pick up and drop off provided)


    Job Description

    • Accurately making airline bookings and issuing tickets for telephone, email and walk-in clients
    • Advising clients about fare rules and options
    • Adhere to all company sales policies during customer interaction and issuance of tickets
    • Promote client retention by delivering high standard service
    • Achieve sales and customers service targets
    • Adhere to company code of conduct as listed in employee handbook
    • Accurate and timely sales reporting and reconciliation with the office executives
    • Handle walk-in customer complaints and escalate to office executives when necessary
