Job Description

Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
Provide detailed information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.
Customize travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences and budgets.
Stay updated with travel industry trends, offers, and policies to provide accurate advice.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and cancellations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Work with travel software systems to manage bookings and payments.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to confirm reservations and manage schedules.
