Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Travel Consol, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our extensive range of travel services, including flights, accommodations, and vacation packages. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can leverage their extensive experience in the travel industry to provide our clients with personalized travel solutions.  Furthermore, you will be able to work flexible shifts, including late hours, in a dynamic call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
  • Recommend and sell travel products and services, such as airfares, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel options, itineraries, pricing, and travel policies.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the GDS (Global Distribution System) Galileo to efficiently book and manage reservations.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
  • Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
