We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel and Tour Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel logistics, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. The Travel and Tour Manager will play a crucial role in planning and executing seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Itinerary Planning:

Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
Design customized travel itineraries that meet clients' needs and preferences.
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, dining, and activities according to clients' specifications.

Vendor Management:

Research and negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Client Relations:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the travel planning process.
Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients based on their preferences and requirements.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for group tours, corporate travel, family vacations, and other types of travel arrangements.
Manage reservations, ticketing, and documentation for clients' travel arrangements.
Ensure that all travel logistics are organized and communicated effectively to clients and vendors.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage travel budgets for individual clients and group tours.
Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all travel arrangements meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Conduct post-trip evaluations and gather feedback from clients to improve future travel experiences.
Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall quality and value of our travel services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on travel planning and coordination.
Strong understanding of travel logistics, including booking systems, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
