• Provide high quality care to the children and develop a trusting and open relationship with each individual in the transit home
• Ensure the safety, security, health and psychological well-being of every child who are under NGN-FGN’s care
• Ensuring the tidiness and cleanness of building and compound
• Implement the planned activities of the project in close coordination with the Senior Manager
• Ensuring that the children implement their daily activities including, personal hygiene, maintaining cleanliness of their rooms and the home, helping with studies of children etc
• Conducting extra activities for the personal development and life skills of the children in close coordination with reintegration officer, Tutor, health workers, and line managers
• Managing necessary items for daily operations of transit home (food, stationery, clothes etc)
• Keeping proper records of materials that are stored and provided to children. Ensuring the proper utilization of the support items provided
• Ensuring the children follow the rules and regulation of Transit Home
• Managing and supervising Tutor, health worker, security guard, counsellor and child care assistants
• Manage financial transactions of the Transit Home
• Keeping systematic records of expenditures and incident’s
• Coordinating with project team
• Participating in meetings and training when asked
• Play a supportive role to the Reintegration Project Team to achieve the goal of the project
• Providing written and verbal reports to line manager

Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
