Job Description

Responsible for delivering training program to enhance technical know-how of the team, better understand the entire product portfolio (ISP Products, DTH, T2, DVB-C and IPTV/OTT) and increase the productivity and performance towards the sub dealer network.
Conduct skills gap analyses through Audits, Call observations & Assessments.
Prepare learning material and evaluate results after each training session.
Conduct product & revival training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
Work closely with the sales tea, to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.
Responsible for shaping and taking business development to next level.
