Job Description

Cedar Gate Services is looking for a Training Officer to join our HR team.

Job Summary:

A Training officer coordinates and ensures smooth delivery of training programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and deliver different training programs
Develop technical training courses on internal LMS (Learning Management System) that address specific business needs
Review the existing learning resources and create new ones to support training programs
Prepare and conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees as per the on-boarding policy
Communicate and inform the concerned parties about the training programs well in advance and maintain the training records
Analyze employee feedback regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant changes
Collate details from feedback forms and present them to the training manager or trainer
Assist the training manager in creating technical training support materials
Set up and support the delivery of online training courses
Coordinate external training as required
Handle any other tasks associated with organizing and scheduling training sessions
Perform other tasks as required
