Job Description

To implement Training programs in the region as per the training plan of the country
To support manpower (Insurance sales representative’s) growth and development through an effective training program in the region
To equip distribution channels with fundamental insurance knowledge, practical competence, professional attitude and ethical behavior in the region.
To independently run/customize training programs on effective manner as per the need of the target audience
To provide timely feedback on training needs and propose relevant training programs to Function Supervisor/Director
Measure & Maintain records of training programs’ effectiveness in the region
Prepare & Report training related MIS on a regular basis for the region
Collaborate within Distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance & Group Business) & support Function to achieve desired goals in the region
To carry out other task and duties as delegated by his supervisor/Director

Reports To: Director, Learning and Development

Educational Description:

Education: Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent with at least second division score.
