  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Stream, preference for Hotel Management.

Job Description

  • Give End User Training on software (Individual and Group)
  • Work directly with our customers to guide them through the training and implementation of software applications.
  • Assist with the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, “rules” implementation, functional design, installation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and production implementation.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Perform various tests on the process with help of test cases and prepare documents for the same and coordinate with the manager to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
