The role encompasses all sales force training and development, including the field marketing teams. She/he is required to work in close collaboration with the JTI and CG Sales Management and HR Teams in developing and implementing appropriate training programs primarily for the field force of CG (JTI’s business partner in Nepal) which includes Area Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives, to optimize their functional skills and competencies, and support achievement of KPI targets. Training and development of the field marketing teams is also a key role within this position.
