Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional who enjoys working with people and can ensure seamless, high-quality training experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a genuine passion for creating positive participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain updated training details (topics, dates, trainers, fees, etc.) and ensure timely scheduling of trainers, venues (for physical sessions), and online platforms (for virtual sessions).
Serve as the primary contact for interested individuals (e.g., HR representatives, jobseekers, and professionals), providing guidance throughout the registration and enrollment process via calls, emails, and social media messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training programs through social media, email campaigns, and website updates to maximize outreach and participation.
Oversee the operational aspects of training programs, including preparation, smooth execution, and post-training activities such as attendance management, feedback collection, and certificate distribution.
Act as the key point of contact before, during, and after training, ensuring participants have a seamless and positive learning experience.
Actively participate in team meetings, offering innovative ideas for improvement and contributing to the overall growth of training programs.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
