Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional who enjoys working with people and can ensure seamless, high-quality training experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a genuine passion for creating positive participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated training details (topics, dates, trainers, fees, etc.) and ensure timely scheduling of trainers, venues (for physical sessions), and online platforms (for virtual sessions).
  • Serve as the primary contact for interested individuals (e.g., HR representatives, jobseekers, and professionals), providing guidance throughout the registration and enrollment process via calls, emails, and social media messages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training programs through social media, email campaigns, and website updates to maximize outreach and participation.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of training programs, including preparation, smooth execution, and post-training activities such as attendance management, feedback collection, and certificate distribution.
  • Act as the key point of contact before, during, and after training, ensuring participants have a seamless and positive learning experience.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, offering innovative ideas for improvement and contributing to the overall growth of training programs.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
