As Training Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to train teachers in ICT and students for some schools. We also have excellent Support and Content Partners working with us to help you.

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented TRAINING COORDINATOR to work with us to primarily implement computer training for school teachers and students for some schools. You’ll work with our Support Partners to train their dedicated staff who help monitor, report and train teachers. You’ll also work with our Content Partners to understand all our content in depth so you can best train teachers and our Support Partners dedicated EduTech Nepal staff.

You should be experienced in teaching using computers and Nepali curriculum content such as OLE, Kullabs and Deerwalk. You need to like solving problems and enjoy learning new skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Planning, preparing, and delivering ICT and other curriculum content on our computer labs.
Work with our Support Partners to train their dedicated computer lab staff.
Work with our Content Partners to become proficient with all the content offered.
Supervising exams and tests for students and teachers and collecting the results.
Update and improve EduTech Nepal’s training and content manuals.
Troubleshoot any hardware and software problems on the computer labs

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
At least three years experience as a computer teacher or trainer

Required Qualities:

Should be willing to travel frequently
Have the passion and enthusiasm to learn new technologies
Self-motivated and self-managing
A team player
Excellent communication skills - writing and verbal
