Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Implementation of effective training from pre- and post-training programs such as training need assessment, modules preparation and material and collecting feedback.
Support in preparing proposals of the training programs to existing and prospective clients.
Arrange and ensure all the logistics requirement for conducting training such as training venues, projector, training materials, backup, stationaries etc.
Confirm the participation and ensure the presence of trainers and participants as per the confirmed date, time and venue for the training.
Ensure proper filling of documents and handle all administrative processes related to Training and development.
Research about current trends of training programs and recommend to the management.
Coordinate with clients, trainers, participants, team member and other associate members for successful completion of training program.
Prepare reports of overall activities and submit to the concerned authority.

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree completed in any field
At least one year experience in a related field
Should be outspoken and possess good convincing skills
Should have good presentation skill
Should possess pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.)
Should have smart and cheerful nature
Should be able to work under pressure
Should possess two wheelers
