Job Description

  • Implementation of effective training from pre- and post-training programs such as training need assessment, modules preparation and material and collecting feedback
  • Support in preparing proposals of the training programs to existing and prospective clients
  • Arrange and ensure all the logistics requirement for conducting training such as training venues, projector, training materials, backup, stationaries etc
  • Confirm the participation and ensure the presence of trainers and participants as per the confirmed date, time and venue for the training
  • Ensure proper filling of documents and handle all administrative processes related to Training and development
  • Research about current trends of training programs and recommend to the management.
  • Coordinate with clients, trainers, participants, team member and other associate members for successful completion of training program
  • Prepare reports of overall activities and submit to the concerned authority

Salary offered, Benefits and more: 

  • Gross salary of NRs. 25,000.00 to NRs. 30,000.00 plus attractive incentives
