Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
  • Supervise technical training for staff.
  • Conduct orientation sessions.
  • Create brochures and training materials.
  • Create testing and evaluation processes.
  • Evaluate the needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Provide performance feedback.
  • Conduct continuing education training.
  • Provide leadership development education.
  • Oversee training and development staff
  • Assess employees needs for training
  • Align training with the organizations strategic goals
  • Create and manage training budgets
  • Develop and implement training programs that make the best use of available resources
  • Review and select training materials from a variety of vendors
  • Update training programs to ensure that they are relevant
  • Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
  • Discuss and identify target areas and KPIs.
  • Assess and identify the current skills of the employees.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies for the overall development of our team
  • Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements.
  • Plan and prepare training materials in lines with the latest trends.
  • Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress through Appraisal Performa.
  • Modify and adjust training programs when needed as per the company’s requirements.
  • Record and report training courses, schedules, and results. Share the same with the management on a Carry out research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.
  • Assist the HR Team with required trainings.
