Job Description

Map out training plans, design and develop training
Ensure proper implementation of effective training from pre- and post-training programs
Provide directions, instructions and guidance to the participants for the purpose of achieving a goal
Monitor and supervise tasks and activities and ensure the proper implementation of all tasks following the pre-determined SOP and standards
Responsible for coordination of the training associated with the delivery of the training modules
Perform other task assigned by the concerned authority
