Job Description

Level: Officer to Manager

Position authority: Have the right to supervise and inspect the training work and the results of the assessment

Product Training Promotion

1. Training materials development:

  • Collect VBA`s ideas to sort the product selling points and deductive methods and conduct departmental brainstorming sessions
  • Focus on product information, one core, three principles of localization products, training PPT, sales speech and other product information; verify new product information if it is practical, VBA team scores the materials
  • Through the actual sales and excellent VBA communication to produce second edition competing products comparison of offensive and defensive information (the flagship product needs to present the second round of product information in the form of PPT
  • Refining product information innovation points, updating iterative product training process; 
  • Training Courses Execution
  • The effectiveness of training and follow-up inspection: the organization online at Google / line questionnaire examinations and mystery shopper unannounced visits, statistics and informed

2. Retailer Training Research:

  • Through market research, making proper training methods for retailer; 
  • Develop and deliver training materials for retailers; 
  • Verify the product information of new products on the market (the retailer scores the material)

3. Research on the purchase of each price segment

  • Market travel and counter practice, study the purchase driver of each price segment
  • Update the & purchase drive research of each price segment" every quarter
