Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various Company Secretarial and administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality service to our UK-based clients. This role requires strong English communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Processed and managed payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.
  • Submitted confirmation statements and handled company formation processes.
  • Registered companies for various tax schemes and ensured ongoing compliance.
  • Processed and submitted pension contributions in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Prepared engagement letters and all necessary paperwork for new clients.
  • Updated client details in the system accurately and promptly.
  • Received and managed all client calls, providing professional and efficient service.
  • Maintained strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Followed up with clients to obtain required information and documentation.
  • Managed other ad-hoc requirements as needed.
