Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher civil engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and pursue a career in construction project management. You will have the opportunity to work on various building projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of building construction projects.
  • Prepare daily reports on project progress and activities.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure the quality of materials used in construction meets the specified standards.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data and assess project progress.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports and drawings.
  • Learn and apply construction management techniques and practices.
  • Perform other tasks as specified by project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, English Language and Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques is a plus.
