Position Title: Trainee/Associate
Department: Multiple (Commercial, App Experience, Fleet Team, Customer Service and Brand and Marketing)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu

Major Responsibilities by Department :

1. Commercial :

  • Assist Seller Onboarding Team
  • Internal Communication and Compliance
  • Vendor Assignment
  • Sales Operation Communication Group Follow-up
  • Database Management - Vendor Contracts

2. App Experience :

  • Transform ideas into captivating app experiences.
  • Work seamlessly across departments to align goals and efforts
  • Develop strategies that enhance brand offerings and customer appeal
  • Prioritize customer needs and preferences in all marketing decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, impactful reports

3. Customer Service :

  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
  • Recommend product or service by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs
  • Handle and process online and telephonic orders
  • Mobilize delivery staffs in wise, effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Know the company’s products and services and stay updated with the related issues
  • Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

4. Fleet (Delivery Riders) Management :

  • Maintain the attendance and leave records of the delivery riders on a daily basis understanding the daily availability and necessity of delivery riders
  • Solve the general grievances of the delivery riders by proper counseling and maintain good team spirit among them
  • Maintain the records of the all payroll issues (for e.g. salary/incentives) of the delivery riders whenever necessary and coordinate with the HR / Finance & Accounts department for necessary handling
  • Monitor and ensure that the delivery riders are abiding by the company policies and code of conduct (discipline, office time, attire, attendance, leave etc.)
  • Coordinate with the cross functional departments to manage and facilitate daily operation of the delivery riders. Administer company property provided and ensure its return in good conditions
  • Provide daily/weekly report (whenever required) regarding the requirement of new hiring and replacements of delivery riders for particular fleet team
  • Bridging management and riders’ relations by addressing suggestions, demands, and other concerns through regular communications

5. Brand and Marketing :

  • Content Creation - Assist in content creation, campaign planning, market research, and performance analysis developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Graphic Design - Bring ideas to life by creating visual content for social media and marketing materials, collaborating with the team, and honing your design expertise.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree running / completed
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
