Job Summary:
Trainee Assistant is an entry level position at Assistant Level. Selected candidates will undergo one-year training period and upon successful completion of training period, they will be eligible for confirmation at starting position of Assistant Level

Note: Separate qualifying criteria shall be applicable in case of internal staff applying for the position of Management Trainee and contract staff/outsourced personnel currently working in the Bank applying for the position of Trainee Assistant and Junior Teller. The Bank reserves the right to recruit all candidates at once or fewer than the indicated number based on its requirements. Selected candidates may be hired gradually as per the Bank’s needs within a year from the result publication date.
Further, differently abled eligible and interested candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
All candidates must be proficient in both written and spoken Nepali and English Language and possess strong computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Office applications. Candidates should have a smart and pleasant personality, be articulate and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a strong desire to excel. They must exhibit a positive attitude, be team player and also be capable of working independently while taking initiative.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for further selection process. The Bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
