• Update all the Trade Marketing activities from suppliers
• Process PRN, PO & GRN
• Vendor management – Prompt billing & claim settlement and process for payment
• Settlement of monthly dealer claims 
• Track trade marketing budget vs actuals and forecast expenditure for the year
• Record and monitor POS store inventory, dispatch & expenses.
• Update dealer wise details of POSM & giveaways 
• Monitor dealer asset register 
• Handle complaints related to coolers, products and communicate & coordinate with concerned unit
