Job Description

Update all the Trade Marketing activities from suppliers
Process PRN, PO & GRN
Vendor management – Prompt billing & claim settlement and process for payment
Settlement of monthly dealer claims
Track trade marketing budget vs actuals and forecast expenditure for the year
Record and monitor POS store inventory, dispatch & expenses.
Update dealer wise details of POSM & giveaways
Monitor dealer asset register
Handle complaints related to coolers, products and communicate & coordinate with concerned unit
