Job Description

1. Tour Planning and Coordination:

  • Design and develop tour itineraries based on client preferences and market trends.
  • Coordinate with local guides, hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers.
  • Ensure all logistical details are arranged, including accommodations, transport, and activities.

2. Client Interaction:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and local customs.
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and any issues that arise during the tour.

3. Marketing and Sales:

  • Promote and sell tour packages through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and travel fairs.
  • Create and update promotional materials and website content.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage booking systems and ensure accurate processing of reservations.
  • Maintain records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process travel documents, such as tickets and vouchers.

5. Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after tours.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve tour offerings and service quality.

  • Ensure that all tours comply with legal and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on travel advisories and health guidelines.
