Job Description

1. Tour Planning and Coordination:

Design and develop tour itineraries based on client preferences and market trends.
Coordinate with local guides, hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers.
Ensure all logistical details are arranged, including accommodations, transport, and activities.

2. Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and local customs.
Handle inquiries, bookings, and any issues that arise during the tour.

3. Marketing and Sales:

Promote and sell tour packages through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and travel fairs.
Create and update promotional materials and website content.
Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

4. Administrative Tasks:

Manage booking systems and ensure accurate processing of reservations.
Maintain records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions.
Prepare and process travel documents, such as tickets and vouchers.
