Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all necessary details for tours, including itineraries, visas, permits, and medical requirements, are accurate and up to date.
Coordinate unique experiences such as helicopter tours and special welcome arrangements.
Manage and follow up on transportation services and amenities for groups.
Verify hotel rooms, restaurant reservations, and special activities to ensure top quality.
Oversee arrival/departure details, visa payments, and VIP lounge access for guests.
Confirm and manage trip budgets and resources efficiently.
Keep the correspondence team updated on running files and itineraries.
Gather and hand over guest feedback and trip reports for continuous improvement.
Update completed file records and send feedback forms as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in coordinating and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in travel coordination/officer or a related field is preferred
