Job Description

Manage arrivals and departures of clients and coordinate operations throughout their tour.
Make reservations for services including hotel, transportation, activities, guides, permits and others in advance.
Provide itinerary briefing.
Report tour details to the manager.
Receive feedbacks from the clients and work on them accordingly.
Must be flexible to work during off hours.
Manage requirements of clients during their trips promptly.
