Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager (Outbound) to lead and manage international group tours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering a memorable experience for our travelers from departure to return.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize, and lead international group tours from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing client needs promptly.
  • Manage itineraries, logistics, and on-tour problem-solving.
  • Handle documentation (visas, tickets, insurance) and compliance with travel regulations.
  • Promote add-on services (excursions, upgrades) to enhance guest experience.
  • Resolve emergencies (flight delays, illnesses, etc.) professionally.
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements for future tours.
