  • 3 years working experience in Tour Business. 
  • Fluent English listening and speaking ability as well writing. 
  • Open-minded, team player, presentable/pleasing personality, fast learner, experience in trekking and tours sector (preferable), highly motivated, customer-centric, flexible with office timings 
  • Telecommunication / excellent email writing experience preferred 
  • Interpersonal communication, and organizational coordination 
  • Flexible and innovative customer public relations capabilities, the ability to quickly grasp new  products and new technologies 
  • Having experience with cooperative clients preferred

  • Two-wheeler (preference) 
  • Know-how of costing/bookings

Job Description

  • Liaising with finance department 
  • Handling online agency portals and achieving the target 
  • Website updates: fixed departure dates, trips and contents 
  • Ground handling/Logistics (Airport pick up/drop-meeting clients) 
  • Liaising with suppliers/agents 
  • Reservations (Hotels, Transportations) 
  • Liaising with trekking partners & clients 
  • Sales and costing of tailor-made inquiries
  • Managing and Leading team in a group business 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and expand business in the related account to continuously generate revenue and  enhance profitability of the company 
  • Sales operation of the account from lead to cash. Exceed KPI given for the account. • Presentation and organization of customer activities to support in brand building and customer  satisfaction 
  • Customer issue resolution and co-ordination till closure 
  • Customer/competitor/market information collection, analysis and reporting 
  • Support and co-ordinate product/solution team to make the solution acceptable to customer 
  • Bidding support, contract negotiation and project participation Liaising with suppliers/agents 
  • Working experience of 3 years in trekking/adventure company
