Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Proven ability to manage a varied workload and achieve priorities and objectives.
Must have an excellent command of English and Nepali (speaking, reading, writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
Highly skilled in customer service.
Good knowledge and skills to interact with corporate houses.
Effective teamwork skills.
Experience in a travel company is preferred.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.
Note: Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

Deliver high-quality client service and employ a customer retention approach to manage client relationships, enhance product sales and meet new client growth targets.
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or online chat services promptly and effectively.
Respond to customer emails and letters regarding queries promptly.
Manage professional relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the back-end Customer Care team to obtain information on issues faced and inform the customer accordingly.
Coordinate and follow up with other internal departments, if necessary, to obtain relevant information for resolving customer queries.
Create and manage professional relationships with customers and corporate houses.
