Job Description

  • Conduct classes as assigned by the company or as and when required
  • Maintain student attendance register, module routine and module completion checklist regularly
  • Follow approved ISO-Academic Procedure and Policies in the conduct of all instructional activities
  • Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus 
  • Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning and boost up score level
  • Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students
  • Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse students’ needs
  • Use available instructional technology, i.e. the Internet, projector and interactive technology when appropriate
  • Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress towards obtaining their desired score
  • Evaluate student performance consistently conducting weekly Sunday Mock Test in coordination with Academic Assistants
  • Assist students in Library/Labs to ensure maximum benefit to students from facilities the Company has and offers
  • Research and develop course related material to better enhance the course quality
  • Meet and assist students during office hours
  • Attend departmental meeting as required and requested
  • Coordinate with Academic assistants and Admission Staff to update new student number, module status, new class formation and class issues
  • Report class room related problems as quickly as possible to the responsible department so that there will be no disruption in conducting the class effectively
  • Conduct course seminars as and when required
  • Be knowledgeable about course feedback and discuss about further improvement requirement with Department Head
  • Participate in Quarterly Faculty Calibration conducted by Head of Department
