Other Specification

Familiarity with ticketing and booking systems, especially Amadeus/Galileo , IATA or GDS training (Amadeus, Galileo) is mandatory.

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Ticketing Officer to join our growing team. As a Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, issuing tickets, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our clients with their travel plans. This role demands a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who is proficient in GDS systems and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
Provide assistance with hotel bookings and travel packages
Manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Operate GDS systems (Amadeus and Galileo) for bookings and ticket issuance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Maintain updated knowledge of airline regulations and fare rules.
