Flight Connection International is currently seeking a Ticketing Officer Domestic to join our team of travel experts. As a leading travel agency, we provide a wide range of domestic and international travel services to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role must be passionate about the travel industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle domestic ticket bookings and reservations for our clients
Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with flight inquiries and changes
Entry of the daily communication log of the clients in CRM software
Collaborate with airlines to ensure accurate and timely ticketing
Reconfirm and issue tickets in a timely manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, rules, and regulations
Process ticket refunds, exchanges, and cancellations as per company policy
Keep accurate records of ticketing and ensure all payments are properly recorded
Resolve any ticketing-related customer queries or complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for our clients

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing within the travel and tourism industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with airline policies and procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
