Job Description

Responsible for selling tickets to our passengers by phone, email, and in-person visits. We prefer candidates who are able to cross-sell tickets, travel packages, and insurance
Provide a high level of customer care at all times.
Be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Nepali at the business level explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc.
Handle refund, re-issuance, and cancellation of air tickets. Escalate difficult cases to seniors and airline staff
Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills
Other assignments related to airline ticket, such as maintaining cost sheets, developing messages for social media, etc.
Complete other sales/tracking assignments needed to improve sales and customer experience
