Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team at Enchanted Yatra. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for handling flight reservations, issuing tickets, managing changes, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires knowledge of airline systems, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights.
  • Issue tickets accurately using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
  • Assist clients with flight inquiries, fare searches, and booking options.
  • Handle re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, fares, and regulations.
  • Provide timely assistance to clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of bookings and reports.
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers when necessary.
