Job Description

The Ticketing Officer for Thamserku Travel, part of the renowned Sherpa Hospitality Group is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries and bookings, ensuring accuracy, handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations efficiency, and a high level of customer service. This role plays a vital part in maximizing occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction by managing reservations through Amadeus and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel reservations, including flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance and transportation for clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, bookings, and travel itineraries.
  • Keep up-to-date record of daily sales and transactions
  • Provide clients with accurate fare quotations, schedules, and seat availability.
