  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Nepali.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and booking systems, especially Amadeus/Galileo. IATA or GDS training (Amadeus, Galileo) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Working Hours: Sunday to Friday (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified and motivated Ticketing Officer to join our growing team. As a Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, issuing tickets, managing customer inquiries, and supporting our clients with their travel plans. This role demands a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who is proficient in GDS systems and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
  • Provide assistance with hotel bookings and travel packages.
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Operate GDS systems (Amadeus and Galileo) for bookings and ticket issuance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline regulations and fare rules.
