Job Description

The Executive Search Unit of Merojob, on behalf of its client, is looking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Reservations Manager to oversee airline ticketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling ticketing queries, after sales services, and team management. If you have a passion for the travel industry, expertise in GDS systems, and a proven track record in customer relations, we invite you to apply. Candidates with prior experiences with handling tours will be preferable.

Manage airline ticketing operations, including issuing, reissuing, and processing refunds.
Handle ticketing queries and provide efficient solutions to customers.
Oversee after sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Lead and manage a team of ticketing agents while mentoring and grooming interns.
Utilize Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo GDS systems to efficiently book and modify tickets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to boost revenue, and improve efficiency.
